The new development located on Błękitna Street in Marki also offers compact 68 m² units, ideal for singles, couples and small families. Modern architecture, a well-thought-out layout and a private garden make it an excellent alternative to a flat in a block of flats – you gain your own space, more privacy and direct contact with nature.
Each segment consists of two storeys. The ground floor features a vestibule, a spacious living room with a kitchenette and access to the garden, as well as a toilet. The first floor has two comfortable bedrooms – one with access to a balcony – and a large, comfortable bathroom. The interior layout has been designed with functionality and maximum use of available space in mind.
The premises are delivered in a developer standard, including all necessary installations: electrical, gas, heating, water and sewage, television and fibre optic. The segments are connected to full municipal utilities – electricity, water, gas and sewage. Each unit has plastic triple-glazed windows, external doors, cement floors and gypsum plaster. Heating is provided by a gas furnace, and thermal comfort is enhanced by underfloor heating combined with radiators. Electrical sockets and switches have also been installed.
